What we collect

- Portal: account email, checklist answers, files you upload, and approval decisions.

How it is used
We use it to answer inquiries, run the portal, prepare the advertising a client asked for, and keep the service secure.
Storage
Information sits in a private database. Files sit in private storage. They are not given a public web address. A download link is created only after a permission check, and it expires quickly.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Advertising platforms receive what the client asks us to put in ads and tracking. The host that runs this site processes the data needed to keep it online.
Portal email is sent only when email sending is turned on. Until then, setup links are handed to the admin to copy.
Retention
We keep records for the engagement and for ordinary business records after it ends.

This site is not for children.
