These terms cover the SmartClick Systems website at https://www.smartclickmarketing.com and the client portal operated by SmartClick Systems LLC of Keystone Heights, Florida.

Services

SmartClick buys and manages paid advertising and related landing pages, tracking, and creative. The scope of each engagement is agreed with that client. This site does not publish a rate card.

Ad spend

The client pays advertising platforms directly and owns the ad account. SmartClick does not take custody of media spend. Campaigns are prepared paused and do not spend until the client approves them.

No promised result

SmartClick does not promise a specific cost, lead volume, or amount of revenue. Reports use the numbers available. Missing numbers are labeled as missing.

Client materials

The client is responsible for the truth of claims and for permission to use names, faces, reviews, and files they upload. The client keeps ownership of those materials and grants SmartClick permission to use them for the ads the client asked for.

Portal accounts

Each person has their own login. A client user belongs to one client account. SmartClick can deactivate an account. Do not share a login, and do not try to open another client's files.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful ads, impersonation, or attempts to access data that is not yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SmartClick is not liable for platform outages, a client's follow-up, or an ad account action taken by the platform. Liability connected to the fee paid to SmartClick is limited to the fees paid for the prior three months, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Law

Florida law governs these terms.
